Specifically targeting skilled high-in demand workers with a job offer in Ontario, the government has launched a pilot program on August 16, 2017. This program is called the Employer Job Offer In-Demand Skills Stream. This program is a part of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP),which is widely used by the Ontario province to nominate eligible candidates for Canada Permanent Residency.
Candidates who meet all the perquisites of PNP application and have a permanent full-time job offer from an employer of Ontario are eligible to apply for this program. Moreover, the candidate must have a completed and signed Employer Form during the time of application. The job offer must be from any occupation of the National Occupation Classification (NOC) Skill Level C or D.
