Applicants can update their Quebec applications- says MIDI QuebecPosted on April 12, 2017
The Ministry of Immigration, Diversity, and Inclusion (MIDI), Quebec has announced that applicants who had filed their online applicant for Canada Permanent Residency through the Quebec Skilled Worker program can now update their information in their application. As of the announcement, applicants can update the following information:
- Contact information
- Addition or removal of a person from the application, if they wish to & as per the change in their personal situation
- Adding any education details, or attestation of assessment results of Language proficiency recognized by MIDI
- Information about family members who are residing in Quebec
Until now, applicants did not have any such feasibility to update or modify their applications. Along with this, the MIDI also stated about the revision of the Linguistic proficiency section after having received many feedbacks from the users. As a result, it has now become easy to enter precise results of the language tests.
MIDI announced, “We plan to start processing online applications during Spring 2017.” It also stated that the applicants will be contacted when the examination of their applications have begun. Not just this but, the applicants will also be helped with a customized list of documents that are to be submitted in support of the application.
